Anyone here using the ASIO driver for the Audiophile 2496 in Sonar 3.1.1 (Producer)? I've been using the WDM drivers until now with pretty good performance. However, a couple of my more recent projects are presenting a FAR bigger strain on my system's resources, due to increased track count, DXI's, Plugs, etc, and I think I found the limit of my current configuration. I know that some people prefer to use ASIO drivers, but I'm kinda weary of making changes now that I've gotten all my WDM settings as close to peak performance as I think I'm gonna get. I'm just curious to know if anyone has any experience one way or the other with this.
