When I play a lot of tracks in Sonar, it sometimes sort of stutters. What should I do?

How many tracks are we talking, and is this with a lot of plugins running? I think you might try raising the sample buffer size, for one thing...

Also, post your system specs.

I was *this* close to telling you to post this in the cakewalk forum ... i thought maybe you forgot to take your pills today.
heh ... then I realized what was going on.

going on? Nothing is going on. I am just posting the average damn post around here. n-e problems with that?i can post whereever i want WHEN I WANT.I CAN POST IN N-EWAY I WANT AND YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE THIS IS THE US OF A AND I AM AN AMERICAN AND CAN DO WHATEVER THE HELL I WANT!!!YOU WANNA FIGHT SUCKA?bring it on.i am game.

yep, typical American.....titty-baby crying and whining........

Ed-

You are in need of more work to do...its obvious:)

But really, Cincinnati is in need of a few REAL engineers, if you want to see the midwest, and think you're man enough, I can probably hook you up with some work in the Queen City at some nice studios.

H2H

What rudeness

I was hoping that we were dealing with some more mature kids in here, but I see some people will always have their head up their but and never grow up.
For one thing, don't ever insult people for posts in this place. It may be that one day, you might make a mistake and need the grace and kindness from others to woo you in the right direction. We're all at different levels of knowledge in this place, but my following says knowledge puffs one up and makes him proud and some of us know that pride leads to arrogance.
How dare some of you be so arrogant. Was it not many yrs ago that you were unknowledgable as some of the new bees in here?
And if you can't recognize this, I'm sure being broken down by cancer or some other form of harm might humbel you enough to learn something real in this life!

weatherbill, repent your sins and join a commune!!! :)

It usually helps to know WHAT is going on before commenting on what is going on. You obviously don't see the whole story here.

It would almost appear that you HOPE some around here would contract cancer. That is very very sick thinking. There is therapy for those who WANT help for that kind of thinking, but I am not holding my breath here....it is usually too disappointing to do so with cases like yours.

As to your comments about "maturity", well, see comment just above this one and tell me how that shoe tastes please!

You know, try a search on my user name. For every post where you might find something objectionable (oh yes, I am quite aware there a many from me....:)) you will find at least 10 posts that answer even some of the most basic questions concerning audio.

Do I have pride? Yes. Can I be arrogant sometimes? Yes.

Now, what is YOUR problem. Do share. I respect people that know what they are about. I bet you don't HAVE the balls to share your shortcomings, NOR to be just who you actually are.

Ahhhhhhhhh, judgements, they are harsh aren't they? And so easy to pass on. The kicker is when those judgements are based upon "contempt prior to investigation". Think that one over a bit friend.

Tell me, who are YOU?

I agree people should never be rude! I have got loads of help here and now I take turns trying to help others.
