sonar problem..

Hi all, if someone could help me out here, I would be really happy..
Suddenly, when i move audio, Sonar automatically makes weird fadein/crossfade envelopes at the beginning of the audio clip, this has never occured before, anyone know what i have done wrong..?

i know exactly what you're talkinga bout...but ii haven't used sonar in a few years to remember where to switch it on...


open up your help and search for auto-crossfade
 
Disable automatic crossfades. The control for this is just above your first track in the toolbars using track view.
 
And there's also a check box on the Global Options "Editing" tab, to enable crossfade on overlap.
