sonar F/X

How come when I right click on the effects window in the mixer I get an error that says Not Enough Memory? I can select effects for the Master but not for any tracks or Aux. New to Sonar as my Samplitude won't work with WDM drivers in XP.
I've got plenty of free RAM with the program running (350+) so it can't be that, can it?

It could be your buffer setting.

If you click on Options/Audio/General

I tried that but no effect (literally). I'm using a SBLive! and running Win XP if that helps.
