Sonar 6 and POD V2 Midi Probs

Hi,while using Sonar 6 and my POD V2 the midi data is being recorded to Sonar and shown in track,and event view, and even the supplied POD studioware panel in Sonar shows any knob movements on the the POD unit itself, but during playback there is no sound change to the audio outputs on the POD unit even though the POD studioware is showing all the changes: gain treble channel etc.I verified the midi setup with my Boss GT8 and the recorded midi data played back without problem and changed the display and sounds on the GT8 ,unfortunately i use most of the soundtones on the POD.I have read that the Sonar studioware panels are not reliable and probably just cosmetic but entering midi events in the event view editor should surely do the trick, i only wish to change the patches on the POD automatically via MIDI at certain points in my recording. Sorry for lengthy question and thanks in advance for any info.

When you play back, make sure the "R" button is checked. The "R" is for read, and the "W" is for wright. Read and wright midi that is. Whithout the "R" button checked, Sonar will ignore the midi you recorded.
