sonar 4 and reason 4

got an interesting problem, I have some audio files on sonar 4 that is working pretty good. however, I want to add some base, strings etc to it. I have reason 4 . I need reason to sync musically with the sonar files so is there a way i can send a reason instrument signal into the sonar file. it is a pain to import the sonar file into reason 4. you can import a midi file but it is a pain to do an audio file.
