Thanks for the tip Moskus. I didn't realize that was possible. Double clicking on the eq graph (plot) opens the Sonitus fx:equalizer in a separate window. This provides access to two more bands than the per-track eq reveals. I found that kind of strange. Even though you can get six bands of eq enabled by double clicking on the per-track eq graph(plot), the per-track eq can only show a total of four of those six active bands.moskus said:

Seems like you're struck by bad luck. And I'm sure that if it's buggy then Cakewalk will release a bugfix during the next few weeks.
When in Track View, effects inserts are visible, but per-track eq is NOT. You must use the Track Inspector to tell whether any eq is active or applied to the track. This is not a problem in Console View, but many of us prefer to work in Track View as much as possible. My guess is that the Track Inspector was created to handle this issue.
Question: If it's the same plug-in, why not just use the Sonitus fx:Equalizer as a track insert? At least that way you can tell at a glance in Track View which tracks have eq enabled.
CakewalkGuy: Can you or anyone else tell me whether there is audible or resource utilization difference between using per-track eq and using the Sonitus fx:Equalizer as a track insert?
