Somebody buy this Please!!!

Mine just arrived - "B Stock" stamped prominently on the little quality control certificate :D (at least it's not on the mic)

Looks purty. It'll sit in my desk drawer for a couple days probably, then I'll get it home to the little studio and check it out.
 
The microphone was delivered to my home. However, unfortunately it has been stolen. I left for an hour to grab something to eat and found my glass door completely open. I am assuming that the package was left between the glass door and main entrance door.
Do you guys know how to proceed for a Replacement or a Reimbursement? I am very concerned with this situation...:confused:
 
Check the shippers policy on that...they shouldnt just leave stuff on your porch like that...if it is UPS also express concern that you lost more than just the mic and want to be reimbursed for the days buisness that you lost because it didnt show up...you will get your money back and more if you tell them right.

If you dont get satisfaction there...try your homeowners insurance.
 
I Already talk with Fedex and they don't wanna make responsibles for the situation because they deilivered the package at the right place and signature was not required (they left the package even when the place was full of people around and homies was drinking beer in front of my house)

So i spoke withe a guy from gravity music gear (the store from the mic was purchased) and they was very helpful he told me that they already opened a dipute with FedMex and as soon as the dipute get aproved they will refund me in full.

Antichef: If you don't like the mic i'll pay you what you paid for it.:)
 
that SUCKS!!!

We had to put up a 7' iron pointy-tipped fence and some visible cameras before the locals would leave us alone. They got some tools and my bicycle before that. When I get a delivery at home, they toss it over the fence, reach through the bars and catch it on the other side, then toss it as far into the yard as it'll go (I know, because I've watched them do it on camera :) ). Nonetheless, I got this one delivered to my work. Then I rode home on the light rail - I put it in a crappy plastic bag so that it wouldn't catch anyone's eye.

Keep pushing - it's great that Gravity's working with you. Fedex will probably cave on it. Does Gravity have the serial number? If so, you might make a police report with it.

Shoot - I was just coming to post about how much I liked the mic...

I have a lockbox by the mailbox...If you specify US Mail and have one...it would be the way to go.
 
If the hood is that rough, you might be better served having it shipped to a relatives house, or to a P.O. Box, or mailboxes etc. or something. I've had issues myself. I had a $100 order of mouthpieces and accessories for brass instruments, left in a plastic bag, by my trashcans on TRASH DAY. I live in the country, and it's 2 acres down a dirt road to the front door. Very problematic if it's been raining a lot, or if its the Holiday season (Oct-Dec) where they hire some temps with poor training / lack of skills.

Actually on that issue, it was a combination of things. a) the shipper didn't notify that it shipped (back ordered 3 weeks). b) it wasn't left on my front door. c) the drop location wasn't anything logical, it's not uncommon to have plastic bags and stuff get blown into my yard, the only house with a chain link fence tends to stop that stuff in it's tracks. It had actually sat out there for TWO DAYs before I finally took the trash out on trash day and threw the plastic bag in the trash. Literally in the trash. Fortunately the trash guys opted for the late afternoon pickup, normally it's early A.M. pickup. And it bugged me that it was a clear plastic bag, none of ours are clear. So I double checked what that was. Needless to say that I was little pissed to find out that it was my $100 order that I had been waiting 3 weeks for. Only to find out that it had sat out the over two days when I filed my complaint. Delivered on Wednesday, trashday is Friday.

Another time the FedEx guy dropped it on my front porch and it damaged the product. Heavy chunks of metal don't land too well when all of the peanuts are on one side. Fortunately the shipper sent me a replacement immediately and a CD too and an extra rim. All I had to do was mail him back the broken stuff so he could file the claim. So I guess I paid for that extra stuff in a sense.
 
Hey Guys.I Finally received a reimburse from Gravity Music Gear,I don't know if Fedex Reimburse them but I Bought Another Baby Bottle from a Fellow Craigslister in NY and it is on its way (this time i asked to Mark it with Signature Required) however i will be in front of the door all day untill the UPS Vehicle deliver the Package.

I really want to hear the mic.
