Soffit Mounting - Need Help Pls

Hi there..

I am a new memeber so i hope this is in the right place to post..anyway..

I am just about to build and have built my new studio and i bought the DYNAUDIO m3A (large studio monitors)

Can anyone give me a place to look at HOW to soffit mount monitors, Preferably with Pics and matterials and how to apply them, I know this is no job for any one, i will not be doing it myself, i will be getting help from people with long term experience...but i would like to understand the method before the whole construction takes pace....Learning purposes really...

i have found millions of sites explaining it, but i would to see how its done with diagrams and in-detail pics ect ect...
