Snare Head

I want to replace the factory heads on my worldmax snare and I just wanted some advice. I like a snare with a good crack sound when its hit, definitely a rock snare sound. Any head advice, Evans, G1 and G2, something else?

Thanks, can you tell me what differences there are between that and the G2's I see recommended? Also, any suggestion for the bottom head?

Evans Genera HD Dry use a G1 or G2 on the bottom

i agree, for rock, remo coated emperor all the way. black dot too!!

I had a bad experience with Remo. The ST evans heads have a good crack, and so do the g2's.
