SM57 problem

The guys at guitar center told me they were supposed to do this...on my sm57s, the top of it where you sing into moves around, not too too much, but it is really easy to move around with your fingers. Is this normal??
 
SM57's are problem proof. It says so in the manual.

Yup, they move. 58's, on the other hand do not. If it comes off in your hand, you have a problem.
 
Though you're not supposed to, you can pry that grill off for cleaning the beer and wine deposits that begin to collect after a few years.

I tried that too! Now instead of smelling like beer and bad breath, it smells like beer, bad breath, and gasoline! :mad:
