So...India is far away from everywhere and Sitars are expensive here...
I wanted a sitar kind of sound to play with my guitar, so I asked about Danelectro's Sitar Swami Pedal...all answers told me to run away from it...
So I started experimenting with my guitar and I finally made it after two days of research...
It's cheap to build...VERY cheap (less than 1 dollar I guess), but may be not very accurate though...
So I guess I rather call it a "shitar" kind of sound...(Thanks GT for the definition)
Please listen to the samples at www.nowhereradio.com/shitar
Tell me what U think about it...HARD critics allowed...
No FX tweaks here, no processing...an amp with a mic and the guitar only.
Peace...
