Single Channel Headphone Amp

Here's the deal...

I want to get a Sirius radio but it only has a line level out but I want to listen to it with headphones so all I need is a decent stereo headphone amp.

1 input 1 output

It also needs to be able to plug into a car for power. I'd like to keep it 20-40 dollars but if I have to stretch that I can...
