Eleven Rack vs TC impact Twin (pod x3, hd or guitar rig 4 etc). Better guitar sound vs better overall sound and DSP effect!?

Ok I need to choose between those 2 options for my budget and would like to know if i would really hear the difference between the eleven rack and other guitar sims for the jcm 800 and mark iv type of sound).

My budget right now is around 1000$ and i want to track a demo of a few songs. Drum will be froma vdrum (SSD drums), bass will be Direct in also.

And protools is a bonus because i don't really care! (Reaper is pretty good for 40$)
 
Just a heads up that line 6 is coming out with new POD HD units that you may want to listen to.
 
Yeah saw it but havent heard it.
But I would ahve prefer a bean HD version to use with audio interface!
