Hello. I use a POD 2.0 (the desktop thing). I like the tones it makes, but when it comes to playing live, it kinda sucks because theres a split second signal drop when switching channels. I don't think it has to do with the footswitch because I tried switching channels with the actual buttons on the POD itself and theres still that little annoying signal drop.
For a while I was satisfied with the method of pressing the switch a split second before the change needed to occur, and since the signal would come back in on time, it wasn't as noticable. But I'm getting fed up with it. Anybody know of any remedies?
I like the COSM tones on my Boss BR-8 more than I like the POD, But I can't bring that thing to shows because I have to switch channels with a little wheel knob. I'm looking into the new Roland GP-100 . Has anybody here tried it out before?
