I was surfing when I noticed this, I live in England and it will not effect us as soon as it will you, but the knock on effect would be catastrophic.

It is yet another attempt by the music industry to deny consumers access to new technologies and content, and to eliminate the right to private, noncommercial home recording that citizens have enjoyed for decades.

To Really Get People To Respond, We Should Draft Up A Sample Response And Post It. People Could Then 1) Cut And Paste Or 2) Use It As A Model To Form Their Own Response!!!
