Strange that you should mention that. Today was the first time I craved a beat behind that part of the song (and it's been around for a year). I dismissed the idea because of the continuous beat throughout, thinking that a complete break from precussion is a relief. But now... I dunno. Thanks for being so on top of it. One question, though- Overall, does the break work or does it seem awkward?audiogirl said:Listening again, the break would sound sweet with some drums behind it, maybe that's all it would need.. just to keep things going...
Reason and Moog Standalone (Arturia) plus junk.audiogirl said:If it isn't ridiculously complicated, what are you mainly using for those synth sounds, the dirty ones?
fasterthanu said:I reckon Pixilated is your strongest and i'd agree with it being the opener. Otherwise the order in which there in is good. I like Bookstore but it feels more of a good idea than a complete song. What about dropping it moving Wait up to third and bringing back Inventory for forth spot?
Jeremy wrote and sings that but it's "beer, tennis shoes, and chains too". Not sure what he means exactly, but I've worked with him for a LONG time and I know it means something relevant (if only to him).audiogirl said:I hope I'm mishearing the "big tennis shoes" lyric, lol.... "and reverb in your so called truth" and "smart blur try to edit undo" (to a lesser extent) are much much much better than "brought to me by big tennis shoes".
