Should I return my second DPM3 for noisy gain pots?

mine had noisy pots too i just cleaned them.
also the tendancy to send a few nice high and clipping pops throught the output when phantom was first engaged. not a problem now.
 
I was going to get a DMP3 but the store had an SPL GoldMike at clearance for just £100 more so I got that instead. I would just like you to know that it is very nice and the gain knobs are so cool i just like turning them :)
