the recordings them selves aren't to bad (there is a bit of noise here and there and some levels would need adjusting (especially in The Lecherous Oppressive) but I think the main thing is that even though the instroment in them selves is wicked, all mixed toghther it sounds a bit to "buisy" also there is a bit of "mudding" here and there and also evrything is verry cold, there is no wormpth, try adding some slow low bass riffs in conjunction to the wicked ass leed plucking, becouse currently it sounds as if evrything is fighting to be the leed instroment.

thats just my opinion though.

There's nothing like a sexless robot. Anyway, I listened to the track "Sexless Robot" Pretty good sounds man. Pretty out there and "jammy" Very cool piece actually, nothing to nit from me. Kept me interested, feels pretty random, but still flows well, more of a mood piece. Recordingwise it did sound like there were a few edit points or clicks in there. I know how that feels, just download GOldwave for free at www.goldwave.com and select the part with the click, then use the filter and "remove click" option, that's the best click remover i've found. Anyway, cheers man

It's taking an age to get the link through....
Sexless Robot - good ideas needs a little more form or if not then a bit more botom end to grow from.

I will check out goldwave. Thanks. I do have trouble getting the low end sound the way I want... It's either too boomy or too soft. Sexless Robot is actually an older one but people seem to think it's okay. The Lecherous Oppressive is my newest one and I was able to get my levels up a bit on that one and I think at least the quality of the sounds is better. I'm not done with it yet so it's pretty much mono for now. Van Man is kinda cool but I'm still dealing with that muddy low volume bass.. It doesn't drive the way I'd like it to. I have lots of issues to work on but I want to figure out how to get my bass lines to sound the way I want first.
Oh well, thanks for the input.
