Am trying to use logic audio. Have VS-1880 which has a midi in/out/through connector, and computer which has USB port. Is there a adapter I can purchase? What do I need? Thanks

You need some type of midi interface. You can get external USB or internal PCI. If you have a soundblaster installed you can buy a cable that will connect to the joystick port.

I had the same dillema. I got a midiman midisport 2x2 interface. USB to my PC and two sets of midi in/out. I can connect the PC to my VS and synth at the same time. I have Cakewalk but it should work the same with Logic VS.
