Well, maybe they have not used one, but allowing 2 hours for an answer is a bit short, you posted the question at 4.30am my time.

I have not used one, but I like Sennheiser products, the price is very good. It depends on what you are using the mic for, if it's for live gigs it will be very good.

The e840 is the 800 series version of the e935 - it has a tailored response to help lift the vocal above a backing band (like the Shure SM58 does).

However - just like Shure - beware of low internet prices, there are lots of crappy fakes about and these should be avoided like the plague.
 
John's warning is spot-on, but as MF's 'Stupid Deal of the Day', it's not a fake. Sounds like a good deal on a low end live mic for singing.
