i use reverb/delays on a AUX tracks and use sends to feed my lead vocal track but everytime i record my vocals, my reverb/delay is not in effect or recorded, is that suppose to happen? should i just insert them on my lead vocal track?

THANKS!

If you're talking about effects on inputs on monitoring, it may not be possible or practical. Not knowing what software you're using makes it hard to give specific advice.

I'll assume PT8LE is like PT7LE (which I'm familiar with). Input monitoring should be set to low latency mode to minimize the delay imposed on the live source being monitored. In that case what you hear of your live voice/instrument isn't passed through the computer itself, just through the Mbox: A/D converter > onboard DSP mixer > D/A converter. If it went to the computer, through PT to disk and back it would have too much delay. While it is going to PT and getting recorded, that path is not available for monitoring or for live effects.

Input monitoring should be set to low latency mode to minimize the delay imposed on the live source being monitored.

how do i set it to low latency mode?

THANK YOU!

It's in one of the menus. Dig around, you'll find it. With the M-Powered version of PT there was a knob on the Mbox that controlled monitoring, but I don't see it on the Mbox 3, and you're using LE, so it must be there in a menu.
