Selling Cubase?

I know theres been a lot of talk around this subject (kinda) regarding the law and software, but I'm not completely clear on this one.

Is it legal for me to sell my copy of Cubase with the dongle abd everything else that came with it if I am not going to use it anymore?

As I'm not going to be recording anymore, I figured all that gear could pay off my debts etc, and Cubase is one of the more expensive items I own, so it seems a little silly for me to hang on to it when its worth a good few hundred quid.

Any ideas?

Check the EULA. You may be able to transfer your license to a new owner.

I believe you still need to transfer the license. There may or may not be a fee.

Yes, it is legal to sell your software (at least Cubase) if you sell it with the dongle. There is a re-licensing fee of $50 if I remember right.
