Selecting a wave editor in SX

In Cubase VST 4 I selected Sound Forge as the wave editor. Now I also want to select Soundforge in SX, but I can't figure out how. Anyone?
 
No external editor can be opened within SX. It was taken out because it would break the undo history.
 
Oh?? Is the internal Cubase wave editor OK? Or do I have to export wav-files to SF for editing?
 
The internal editor is usually sufficient...and non-destructive, i believe. You could export audio to edit in sound forge if you wanted.
