Secret Weapons

I finally got a chance last night to pick up a copy of this new DVD:

I only had time to watch the first 1/2 hour so far but I'll tell you this:

It's probably one of the most comprehensive DVDs I've seen regarding hand technique so far. It's packed full of INVALUABLE info for those of us who play (or want to learn to play) drums.

Pro drum lessons around here start at $35 for a 1/2 hour. This 3-hr DVD is only $40 (US). I highly recommend it. Big time.

Hey Zed, yeah I was self-taught too. I'm a left-handed player but now after all these years I'm trying to learn how to play right-handed. Very tricky.

Only wish videos like these were around when I was first learning to play.

I've never even considered having a drumber give instructions. It'd be like the blind leading the blinder.
