Seasound Solo problems

Hey folks,

Hope anyone can help - I've been looking all over the internet for help with my bass player's sound card and I can't find what I need. His Seasound is not outputing and we've tried everything under the sun to make it work including wiping the hard drive and a fresh install of windows 98 SE and we still can't hear anything out of the computer except for MIDI. Has anyone had this problem and can help or should we just buy Pro Tools?

For some reason buying Pro-Tools because your Seasound won't output doesn't seem all that intuitive. Maybe its just me.
