Sear recording studios for sale

There is a classified ad on the SPARS website stating that Sear Recording in New York, NY is for sale for a measely $1.8 mil. Walter Sear has been in business for over 40 years and is a landmark in that area. Great opportunity for someone who wants to move up from homerecording to the big leagues...
 
Man, here I am building a studio and I could have just bought one :D
