Screen resolution and display dimensions ?

Hi folks! Just wondering what kind of screen resolutions and display dimensions You use?

I am using 37" 1280*768, not so good, some software is to big and if I change resolution then it goes too small.
 
I use 1920*1080 and my monitor is nowhere near as big as yours. Are you by any chance using a television? In some cases they do not handle the differentiation of pixels as well as monitors and you should keep your resolution like you do.
 
I've got a 28" and a 24" at different resolutions... which makes for interesting viewing when you move things between them. Can't remember what they are. In the future, when 30" gets reasonable I may pick up one of them and replace the 24" - The 30" I saw has a significant increase in vertical resolution which is especially useful for things like DAWs and video editing programs which have multiple track type layouts...
 
1920x1200 @ 32bit with no issues in win 7 enables lots of stuff on the screen
