I am a begginer w/ the guitar and I am looking for some jazz mode scales for the bass guitar and regular guitar to practice. Anyone know where I can find something like this on the net to print?

Foo, My uncle suggested jazz mode scales to practice, such as: The Dorian mode, The Fridgian mode, The Aeolian mode, ect... I am a beginners beginner!!
