im working with cubase vst 24 3.75
and im having a sb live
does this card support asio2.0
drivers
cause i've read that there are benefits
like latency direct monitoring etc..

No. You'll have to buy a more expensive card.
I don't know which to recommend, try Steinberg's site for their tips on the subject.
Check the other topics for ideas on how to reduce latency on a soundblaster.
