Saving as a .wav in Sonar

How do I do this. I found how to bounce down traces and stuff but I just can't find how to save this to a .wav file that could burned or mastered (not in that order.....Im not that clueless : ) ?? Thanks BJ
 
Never mind guys....sorry to wate your time....I figured out just as I posted but couldnt for the hour before.....ah well....Thanks anyways.
