SansAmp ParaDriver DI, practically new (3 months), with box, manual, warranty card, etc. It's about the BEST piece of kit you can put on your pedal board if you're a bass player or if you play acoustic/electric guitar and is amazingly versatile as a piece of recording equipment, for re-amping snares and kicks.

FMR Really Nice Compressor 1773:
This thing is top quality. If you check out reviews on the internet, the RNC is compared to compressors in the $1000-2000 range for a good reason. It's marvelous. With it's all-metal chassis and it's compact size, I've used it on my pedal board with both electric and bass guitar to good effect, not to mention in my studio. With some of the fastest release times ever available in a compressor, this this can be used to achieve amazing effects! Hear resonances in snare drums that you never knew existed! Squash a kick and make it pump! Make that bass sound jump out of the mix... This is a super versatile piece of kit and is known throughout audiophile circles to be a 'secret weapon'. A few scratches, but nothing major - Works perfectly.
EHX Flanger Hoax:
Probably the most versatile modulation box around. You can create anything from a vibe/trem to true thru-zero flange. Near mint condition.
