You mean the CO1U? It's a USB mic, and it's pretty much the same as all the other USB mics....
The good: If you're doing podcasts of people speaking or just need a cheap mic for scratch recordings to get ideas down while composing, it will do the job.
The bad: For any serious musical multitracking work, it's horrible in pretty much every way---terrible capsule, cheap electronics, no headphone jack (making monitoring a real problem), no ability to use more than one mic at a time....
