Same Song, Second Try

About a week ago I posted a song http://wwwlightningmp3.com/live/file.php?fid=521 and asked for advice. I took the advice and did a remake of the song. Cleaned up and simplified a little it now sounds like this http://www.lightningmp3.com/live/file.php?fid=783 I think it sounds better but still has room for improvementso any more suggestions will be appreciated, I'd really like to get this right eventually. Thanks guys.

Sounds pretty good. Seems to need some eq work, maybe a bit heavy on the low-mid range. Lower drum sounds seem to be distorting just a little. Not a bad mix, just sounds like it's a bit boomy.

Cool tune man... I like the groove you have going. I agree with Dogman, try lowering the middle range EQ a bit, like the 250hzto500hz area... that's usually my problem area when it comes to boominess/room noise. That should clear up the recording some
