To make a long story short, I'm no longer using the USB audio interface part of the Multimix due to bad driver support.

However I still have the Multimix 16 USB 2.0 as part of my DAW.

My question is how do I run the L/R Main mix from the computer (EMU-1212m) back into the mixer so I can use the CTRL RM OUT for my studio monitors. I want to do this so I can use my headphones and turn the studio monitors off if I want.

Right now I just have the L/R main mix from the computer running straight to my studio monitors.

thanks.

Use the 1/4" output of the EMU to 2 Track input and press the 2 TK button on the HDPH/CTRL RM source selector. Basically, the 2 Track input and output to the EMU replace the USB connection, though you could use the main output on balanced TRS for a better connection to the EMU.

very cool!

Yes currently I use the Main Output to feed the EMU.
I think this will work. So all I need are two 1/4 jack to a phono jack patch cables?

I believe that's all you need.
