Remix it, it's a long way off ready for mastering. Maybe the use of reference tracks will help you get your ear in.

The effected vocals seem to shift pitch at very strange places, rhythmically? and it makes it very difficult to understand the actual words. The music has a beat but the words are like jazz, sort of syncopated and off beat? Is that meant to be? I'm way from expert at this genre.

It's all on your expectations are... It's good enough to release to get it out there and could be used in a soundtrack if someone was so inclined to use it. Yeah the autotune makes it hard to understand but if that's the effect you were going for then it's fine... as far as remixing yes you could maybe bring the vocals more in from ...maybe start thedrums earlier...but the basic song is there and if it is going to HIT it will hit as it is just as much as it would if you spend another month messing with it..least that's how I sees it..an old fart who has never recorded a hit. Just avoid analysis paralysis, have fun and have a back up plan for income.
