Sounds great Jon - I think the vocals sit well in the mix. Excellent performance!
 
I was thinkin' the vox could come up a tad. And add some sustaining elements in the orchestra later on....it plays like an intro three minutes long...doesn't quite 'surf' on the big wave that wants to build...it really wants to, I think.

I am a little biased toward original music on this site but that is not everyones opinion so I will give you the critique you deserve. If I had never heard this song, I would love this. Your voice is amazing, and I think it sits very well. If you have some original tunes I would love to hear them, although this is a nice version. Great job! I just remembered that soundclick has a policy about covertunes, just wondering if you got the proper permission first? This is none of my business so don't feel like you have to answer that question.

I’m only commenting because this is one of my favorite songs.

The emotion that is in the original is here replaced with what to me sounds like a show tune.

I got no problem with your voice or pitch; it’s the almost comedic delivery that irks me. I could see Weird Al doing this on SNL.

I hope you’re really not serious about this.
 
I don't know the original and I don't care.....
This sounds beautiful, Jon. You are amazingly talented. No nits.
