ROLAND VM3100 pro and R-Bus Rig

Hi Boys and Girls....
Anybody out there with info on the pro's and con's of the Roland VM3100 pro w/ R-bus card and recording software. There's one available but owner is ignorant. He wants $400 for the package. Any info appreciated.

Well i do know that 400 isnt a bad price if its in good condition.
Roland came out with another upgraded model called the SI-24 that sold at one point for like 1200 bucks.
Problem is Roland discontinued the rpc-1 soundcard and now the rpc-1 are easily bought on ebay for 300 bucks just for the card!...so 400 is a steal!
I have the upgraded version which i love! I bought a new si-24 for 250 bucks and another 300 for the audioterminal 010 new soundcard and i love it!
