Hello everyone...I just finished recording a song for a freind of mine on my Roland VS 1680. All the instruments where played by me but the song was writtin by him & the vocals wher preformed by him.. Check it out here....

Pretty good rockin' ZZ-Top style tune.
Gotta admit though, I find the lyrics a bit cliché, but it still rocks. Nice guitar work and pretty good recording. Voice is nice and raunchy and fits the song very well.

Your friend's song didn't do much for me, honestly... like the others said, it seemed mostly like stock-rock. Your song, however, was very good. I envy your singing voice. It was pretty straightforward rock and didn't really offer any curveballs, but it was well written. The mood reminded me somehow of the Goo Goo dolls.
