RNC meter inq....

I got the RNC about 2 weeks ago and had a question about the meter... Is there always a red led lit on the RNC or only when it compresses..... Mine stays lit so I cannot tell when the compression barely starts.. Or am I mistaken and the compression only starts on the second LED....

(No instructions came with mine)

With the RNC turned on and nothing plugged into it, the Gain Reduction LED on the far right "0" should be lit. Showing zero "0" reduction. Look close at that first LED and you'll see that it's marked with the number 0.
