Hello Hookie, sorry you can't access that site. Tons of info there. But I'll show you. Its simply layers of 4" 703 or Rockwool stacked from floor to ceiling in a corner. Here is the plan. The next pic shows how to cut it from 24"x48" panels of rigid fiberglass. Rockwool may be different. Anyway, it takes 24 pcs for standard ceiling heights. Thats 6 sheets per corner. Sounds like a lot, but it does the job. Other panels can be placed around the walls for broadband absorption. I would at least do 2 corners, but technically you could do along the floor, and or the wall/ceiling too. It would take a different mounting method for the wall/ceiling though.
