Doesnt John Sayers always recommend "fluffy" in a sealed wall and "rigid/rockwool" for treatment?

That's what I've been doing, sort of. I've been using a 2x4 wood frame and using rigid wire and hooks to hold that fluffy crap in place. It's a pain in the ass to be honest.
