Euh... It's pretty obvious. You specify the number of choices, you fill in the choices and that's about it...
No fancy strange-pixie magic needed.
You're pretty easily annoyed, right?

Well it probably is but I cant work it out!!!!!!!!! 
I have said that I want two options in the space to say how many u want but I cant see any where to fill in where u actually write in the options!!!!!!!!

Offcourse you can't figure it out... You first have to click the submit button, then you will get a screen where you have to fill in the question, and the possible answers...
