Hi Teddy -- how are you doing that (Thunder) I have this old Peavey(Renown) and i use to kick it to get that sound -- reverb springs bouncing all over the place

I once made a thunder sound by hitting a big paper bag with a drumstick and them slowing it down three or four times. It was shockingly realistic. Even more so when I superimposed rain noises.

I might see if I can dig that out.

Coda, it's actually a wav of the sound of thunder on mine. I used to have an old bass amp (really freakin' big) that had tubes. But the only time I could get any weird sound outta the tubes if shaking or hitting it is if the verb was up... but it sounded like water droplets... hehe... got on my nerves.
