I think that I will just tackle one thing at a time...here is the first.
My monitors are about 6ft away from my wall....would it be better to build a wall behing the desk...for maybe vox booth or acoustic instrument. I do alot of singer/songwriter demos, radio commercials and voice overs. My room presently is 10 by 24 , floor is carpet, and I am currently treating it with some bass traps and other absorbers(removed all the foam and junk so walls are bare in pics). I feel that my monitors are too far away from the wall. I have a larger live tracking room...that I am also in the process of re-doing. I'll try to post the pics....I know things are a mess but it's half torn apart.
