Rename the Cool Edit Pro Forum?

Since the product has been relabled, no one will be saying "Cool Edit Pro" in a year or two. Further, all of the NEW users who bought Audition will be looking for an Audition Forum.

Why not "Audition/Cool Edit" for now?

Just got my CD the other day...
 
That was my thought exactly. It would be silly to have 2 seperate forums because the products are almost exactly the same, and you can't exclude 1 of them. If not Audition/Cool Edit then make it Cool Edit/Audition.
 
I've contacted Dragon and asked him to rename the forum.
 
I posted this elsewhere on another thread, but Abode Audition constantly causes my Win98SE to freeze up, requiring a cold boot to restart. I think we ought to call it Adobe Audball.
 
Have you checked for any known issues?

Although I am new to computer recording, I am told that some software and soundcards don't respond well to certain processors and chipsets.

I'd like to hear more about how you researched your problem.
 
Well I just voted so I guess I'll write something in here since it got bumped anyway and take care of 2 birds with one stone - my first post ! Hi Everyone :)

I'm a Cool Edit '96-->Cool Edit Pro 1-->CoolEdit Pro 2.1--> Audobe Audition 1.0-->Cool Edit Pro 2.1 kind of guy. I had to go back since Auditon takes to vanishing when I get my favorite DX/VST plugs cooking. For that reason and also to convey lineage I voted for the 'Cool Edit/Audition' title. Cool Edit came first in other words and will be remembered for quite some time - in a good way around my friends !

Clever. But you're obviousely looking for a stolen copy. Why else whould you ask shit like this?

You should be asking, "How stiff are the anti-piracy laws in Sweden?"
 
Yea Kylen, that was my vote too, and for the same reason.

By the numbers, it looks like it's about even in the middle, but more people do want CEP and AA combined in some way.
