(not to mention your Chomsky quote)
Just let the cymbal thing go man. When you're posting here looking for advice, you should be glad that someone is going to be brutally honest and tell you what they really think. It's to help you out, not to be rude.
Not sure how soundcloud picks the songs that follow....
Just say no to "Duh-rama"
Cool tune cool topic to write about a ton of good Karma going out...
Yeah the vocals sound like they were recorded with you singing in a box so yeah they need to come out of da box...great concept congrats!
off topic but relevant.... Not sure how soundcloud picks the songs that follow....But as I was typing this the next song came on on soundcloud and it is pop as shit but damn funny / cool...some 20 year soon to be super star named Mealnie Martinez not my wheelhouse but I suspect she's going to be doing OK in the money department based upon what I've heard...This song is cool https://soundcloud.com/melaniemartinezmusic/melanie-martinez-training-wheels as well as Doll House...

A high hat is comprised of two cymbals. But, when reviewing a track of a song, you call it a hi-hat or hats. Only idiots would argue otherwise.
