Felt jesus helping me out on this one. Yeah i messed up towards the end, but not to many pple will catch it hopefully lol. I think this is ok sound quality at least i tried my best to make it this time. Oh well If it's not great I think it's still listenable , and a lil bit more laid bk style this time.

Feedbk will always be appreciated by everyone on this board.
 
The beat doesn't match up with the lyrics.

The vocal has too much eq IMO (sounds like your talking through a telephone) unless that is the effect your going for.

Where are the drums?

The instruments sound thin.

I would suggest putting the lyrics to something more uptempo I mean it is like your fighting the song all the way through.

Not the best I've heard but I have heard worse.
 
i agree with willz, it sounds really thin.

for sure, the beat and instruments need to be turned up much louder, the vocals sound like they are placed on top of the beat, instead of sitting within the beat. the vocals also sound kind of distorted, but i'm not sure if that is an intended effect.
 
I re edited with the beat louder, but now its kinda hard to understand me can you tell me please. Is it any better sounding than last time?
 
it sounds better, but the vocals sound really distorted. it'd be easier to understand the lyrics if the vocals were a bit clearer. did you add any effects to them, or is that just how the recording came out? if its effects, i'd say get rid of em altogether, the vocal will sound better when its clean.
 
Zed? I lifted the vocals and changed it to a higher pitch equalizer to maybe bring my vocals out more lemme know this is the best i can get it
 
sounds better. the vocals sound a bit like AM radio. what kind of mic are you using?
 
Zed? Is it still hard to understand? If so Imma go bk and mess with it. I'm using a cheap radio shack mic.
 
i can understand it fine, i'm just saying as far as the actual sound quality of the vocal track, it sounds hollow. the song sounds much improved over the original, but you might want to upgrade your mic one of these days so you can get some more clarity. nice work though. :)
 
Zed? I hope I didn't mess it up more lol. I can't change it bk , but I went and added bass to it to cover up that mic hiss lemme know if its any better.
