I am a cheap fuck. Going back to the 80s, there was a person on Long Island who had a lap steel for $20. Every week I'd ask if they'd take $10. It was more than worth $20. But, again, I'm a cheap fuck. Plus, I didn't really need it.

I bought this at auction. I paid a lot more than $20. But, I see Regal's sell around $400.

I'm trying to find history or info on Regal. So, I can try to date this. I just can't find a site.

Does anyone know about these?

I have to somehow hook this up to something and see if it plays or needs work.

Nice score snowman. If you want info go to steelguitarforum.com. The guys there know everything. If you want to test it you can plug it into the instrument input on an interface or mixer if you don't have an amp.

Thanks. I'll check them out. I plugged it into my Line 6 Pod and used headphones. It's great. I have over 600 guitar picks and a set of finger picks. Couldn't find one last night.
