i like it

hey zellus,

thanks for your post in my thread. i like what you've got going on here. the melody immediately reminds me of M*A*S*H :) ...very cool, i like the ambient chopper sounds coming in and out of the mix randomly...the sneak up on you and then go right back. i also like the subtle development of the rythm throughout the track too, keeps your ears attentive for the changes. keep up the good work!

Finally!

finally, someone actually understands the style of my songs!.

People say ah its pretty good, kinda empty.

But the subtle changes, its how i setup me tracks.

I love music you have to be into. Every note and every change.

Thanks for the feed back.

Peace

it's like MASH

hi Zellus,

I'm having a bit of trouble listening to your song cos of my pain in the ass slow internet connection, but I like your style. I've got to agree it sounds like MASH when i first starts up - I thought it might be a cover.

But then that second drum beat kicks in (sounds kind of like the snare from "Billie Jean"), and it comes together.

I like the helicopters too - th whole thing is very subtle and low-key - my kind of music. keep the good stuff coming :)

Thank you too.

Im glad you liked it. My style has been consisten throughout my time producin. People trashed me and bagged me, sayin im makin lazy beats
and shit like that.

Im laid back, and always will be.
Z's that chillout hip hop originator.

Thanks for the feedback.

Share it, tell other people, pass those songs around.

Peace.

I never respond here. This "song" caught my attention. For me, the drums stick out too much. Starts out great. It screams for some lyrics/vocal and more of a chord progression. Good start for me.

Thanks for the feedsback.

Im a drumline fiend, i love its rugged-ness.
Like your heart beat.

It will always stick out.

But really thanks for the feeds.
Ive been messin with it since, bringing all the sounds up, the sample
the shakers and tambs.

Check it out soon.

Peace

It's the type of beat I could listen to for hours while driving, that being said, I would like to hear a melody on top of what you have.

What you have I would call the backing stuff, just add a nice melody on there (I would say in the range of female voice) and you are ready to go

Yeh

Well,

the stuff i put on audiostreet is never usually completed.
It is pretty much as you say 'backin stuff' cause I love to work
with samples so i search and search like crazy, ranging from female
vocals to guitar riffs.

Ill keep you informed when i update it.

Thanks for the feed back Peace.
